Permanent Representative at the United Nations in New York
Caroline Vos has more than 20 years of legal experience in the area of International Corporate Law and Procedure. Ms. Vos currently serves as the Permanent Representative of the African Agency for integrated Development at the United Nations in New York. She holds a position as legal consultant for the Central Bank and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Suriname, South America and served on the Executive Board of the N.V. Hakrinbank Suriname. Ms. Vos holds a law degree from the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, a Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University, College of Law and a Master of Laws degree in International Business Transactions and Comparative Law from the University of Miami. She is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association. She is fluent in English, Dutch, Spanish and proficient in conversational French.
